Stay Young America!

Nov 16, 2020

If you’ve suffered loss, either through the loss of a loved one, the loss of a dream, or some other form of loss, you’ve experienced grief. Probably the most underdiagnosed and underappreciated diagnosis, grief can lead to an explosion of emotions that if not dealt with properly, could cause significant physical and emotional problems long term. So today, we’ve brought in Dr. Johnathan Cude, a personal favorite of ours to help walk all of us through what a grieving person can expect and how they can make steps to heal.

Dr. Cude is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. He has a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from TWU and completed his Internship at Southwest Family Institute, Dallas. In addition, he has a M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Seminary and a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University.
